1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Electrino's lead generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

Electrino provides lead generation and social network advertising services to businesses. Our services include:

• Lead discovery and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaigns
• Social network integration and targeting
• Custom audience building and optimization
• Lead scoring and prospect profiling

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Multi-Channel Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Enterprise: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Lead Qualification Standards

A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who:

• Matches your specified target criteria
• Has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service
• Provides accurate contact information
• Has the authority or influence to make purchasing decisions
• Meets your budget and timeline requirements

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of generated leads. All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

7. Service Level Agreements

We strive to deliver leads within the following timeframes:

• Social Media Leads: Within 48 hours
• Multi-Channel Leads: Within 24 hours
• Premium Enterprise: Within 12 hours

8. Limitation of Liability

Electrino's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all outstanding invoices.

10. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, algorithms, and processes used by Electrino remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their business information and generated leads.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
